Description

You will lead technical quality assurance efforts for client software systems, serving as a senior resource throughout the full software development life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and mentor a team of 2-3 entry-level and mid-level QA analysts or engineers.
• Apply advanced technical knowledge to ensure QA procedures meet strict project requirements.
• Prepare and enforce best practice guidelines for junior team members on specific assignments.
• Meet with clients to resolve ongoing technical issues on behalf of the project manager.
• Act as the primary technical resource for quality assurance across all development phases.

Required Skills

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 12 months of professional QA experience.
• Proficiency in at least five of the following: ALM, Selenium, Cucumber, SQL, PL/SQL, Unit Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, Test Automation, or JIRA.
• Hands-on experience with ALM, Selenium, Cucumber, SQL, PL/SQL, Unit Testing, or Integration Testing.
• Ability to travel and/or relocate to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
