You will own the automation strategy and execution for web and API testing, ensuring high-quality releases through robust CI/CD integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Java and Selenium WebDriver.
• Design and execute comprehensive API tests using Rest Assured or Postman.
• Integrate automated test suites into Jenkins pipelines for continuous testing.
• Implement best practices such as Page Object Model (POM) and data-driven testing.
• Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams to identify defects and improve test coverage.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Software Testing or QA Automation.
• Strong programming proficiency in Java.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for complex web automation.
• Proficiency with TestNG or JUnit test frameworks.
• Practical knowledge of automation design patterns (POM, Hybrid, Data-driven).
• Experience with API testing tools, specifically Postman and Rest Assured.
• Competent use of Git for version control.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD tools, particularly Jenkins.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building frameworks from the ground up.
• Ability to troubleshoot flaky tests and optimize execution speed.
