Description

You will own the quality assurance process for web applications, combining manual and automated testing strategies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for web applications using JavaScript.
• Design and implement automated tests using Selenium or similar tools.
• Identify, document, and report software defects with clear reproduction steps.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and ensure defect remediation.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to provide status updates and identify risks.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a QA Engineer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Jasmine.
• Strong experience in automation testing and manual testing.
• Hands-on experience testing web applications and APIs.
• Knowledge of Selenium and SQL.
• Solid understanding of software QA methodologies and processes.
• Experience working within Agile development methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
