Description

You design, develop, and execute automated test solutions for API and web applications using the Karate framework. This role ensures high-quality software delivery through rigorous testing and CI/CD integration.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated test scripts for REST and SOAP services using Karate Framework.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines via Jenkins and Git.
• Validate API responses and schemas using Postman and Swagger.
• Execute database testing and verify data integrity using SQL.
• Apply BDD concepts to create readable, maintainable test scenarios.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Karate Framework for API automation.
• Proficient in Java and Maven for building test frameworks.
• Experience testing REST and SOAP services.
• Knowledge of BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) concepts.
• Familiarity with Postman, Swagger, and API validation.
• SQL skills for database testing.
• Experience with Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
