Description

 We are looking for a QA Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in Retail domain testing, with hands-on expertise in Digital and Enterprise applications. The candidate should have experience in functional, integration, regression, API, database, and end-to-end testing, with good knowledge of retail processes including POS, e-commerce, OMS, inventory, pricing, promotions, payments, fulfillment, and returns. Experience with Postman, SQL, Jira, and Agile methodology is required.

Required Skills

· 3–5 years of hands-on QA/testing experience

· Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and defect lifecycle

· Experience in Retail domain testing

· Experience testing Digital and Enterprise applications

· Strong experience in:

· Functional Testing

· Integration Testing

· System Testing

· Regression Testing

· End-to-End Testing

· API Testing

· Database Testing

Good understanding of retail concepts such as:

· POS

· E-commerce

· OMS

· Inventory

· Pricing

· Promotions

· Payments

· Fulfillment

· Returns and Refunds

· Hands-on experience with Postman

· Working knowledge of SQL

· Experience with Jira or similar defect/test management tools

· Ability to understand requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios and test cases

· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
