Description
Provide L3 support for QA engineering tasks. Execute manual and automation testing to ensure software quality and troubleshoot technical issues.
Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automation testing to validate software functionality.
- Identify, document, and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Utilize SQL to query and manage data for database validation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve L3 level technical issues.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in software testing and QA.
- Proficiency in manual testing methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with automation testing frameworks.
- Strong SQL developer skills for database queries and validation.
- Understanding of software testing lifecycles.
- Experience as a QA tester in a support or engineering capacity.
Preferred Skills
- Any Graduate degree in a technical or related field.
