Responsibilities

  • Verify product functionality and performance against technical requirements and specifications.
  • Manage internal and external client communications and service requests.
  • Solicit client feedback to drive service improvements.
  • Respond promptly to client needs and manage difficult interpersonal situations.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance testing methodology.
  • Proficiency with Selenium.
  • Experience using TestNG.
  • Hands-on experience with SOAPUI.
  • Strong knowledge of PL/SQL syntax.
  • Ability to write and execute complex SQL queries.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions.
  • B.S. degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing difficult interpersonal situations in client-facing roles.
