- Verify product functionality and performance against technical requirements and specifications.
- Manage internal and external client communications and service requests.
- Solicit client feedback to drive service improvements.
- Respond promptly to client needs and manage difficult interpersonal situations.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance testing methodology.
- Proficiency with Selenium.
- Experience using TestNG.
- Hands-on experience with SOAPUI.
- Strong knowledge of PL/SQL syntax.
- Ability to write and execute complex SQL queries.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions.
- B.S. degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing difficult interpersonal situations in client-facing roles.
