Description

You will design, execute, and maintain test scenarios and cases to ensure functional requirements are met. You own the full testing lifecycle, from preparing test data and executing tests to logging, tracking, and retesting defects until closure. You communicate testing progress, risks, and status to the Test Lead and QA Manager, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. You deliver high-quality outputs aligned with business requirements within set deadlines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, create, and maintain test scenarios and test cases aligned with functional requirements.
• Prepare and manage test data to ensure availability in the test environment.
• Execute test cases, document results, and provide detailed evidence of testing.
• Log, track, and retest defects using test management tools, driving them to closure.
• Communicate testing progress, risks, and status effectively to the Test Lead and QA Manager.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and testing.
• Strong understanding of test management tools for logging and tracking defects.
• Ability to design comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
• Experience preparing and managing test data.
• Proficiency in documenting test results with detailed evidence.
• Strong communication skills to report status and risks to stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating within cross-functional project environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working under the guidance of a QA Manager or Test Lead.
• Background in delivering outputs aligned with specific business and application requirements.
