Description

You will own the quality assurance strategy for cloud infrastructure and data pipeline migrations. Your work ensures data integrity and system reliability across distributed streaming platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans for infrastructure and data pipeline migrations across cloud providers.
• Develop validation tests for distributed streaming platforms including Kafka and Spark Streaming.
• Conduct performance, load, stress, and failover testing in cloud and containerized environments.
• Implement automated end-to-end and integration tests using Python and Go.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate monitoring tools and troubleshoot migration issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA or test engineering roles.
• Proficiency in Python and Go for scripting and test automation.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka and Spark Streaming technologies.
• Expertise with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Open Tofu.
• Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud platforms: GCP, Azure, or AWS.
• Ability to work effectively in Linux environments.
