Description

You will lead test planning, execution, and quality assurance for CPaaS-based communication solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead manual testing for CPaaS applications, including SMS, voice, video, and APIs.
• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and scenarios across web, mobile, and cloud environments.
• Perform functional, UI, API, and integration testing on cloud-based communication services.
• Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and TestRail.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and DevOps to define test strategies and risk assessments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in manual software testing, preferably in CPaaS, telecom, or cloud communications.
• Proficiency with Postman, JIRA, and TestRail.
• Hands-on experience with Charles Proxy or Wireshark for API and network testing.
• Working knowledge of SQL databases and Linux commands.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong expertise in functional, regression, UI, API, and system testing.
• Ability to mentor junior testers and work within Agile/Scrum teams.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Basic automation experience using Selenium, Cypress, or Python-based frameworks.
• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter, Locust, or k6.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.
