Description

You will own the quality assurance process for company products.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and testing procedures to ensure end-to-end coverage.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and build quality into development phases.
• Identify, record, and track defects through to resolution, performing thorough regression testing.
• Analyze test results and recommend corrective actions to improve product quality and testing efficiency.
• Work across multiple browsers and environments to ensure consistent performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on QA experience with expertise in Manual Testing.
• Solid understanding of QA concepts, including test plans, cases, and methodologies.
• Proven experience testing Claims Management Systems.
• Insurance domain expertise in P&C or Specialty Insurance.
• Familiarity with Agile Environments.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with Java or other programming languages.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automated testing frameworks.
