You will own the migration of legacy test automation scripts to Playwright.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand existing UFT test automation scripts.
• Design and implement equivalent automated tests using Playwright.
• Maintain and update all documentation related to the migration process.
• Ensure migrated scripts meet defined functional and performance requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in test automation.
• Proven experience with UFT and Playwright.
• Strong programming proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with AI development tools (Amazon Q, GitHub Copilot).
• Experience migrating legacy automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Proficient with Git/GitHub for version control.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in short-term, high-impact QA migration projects.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration.
