Description

Own the end-to-end testing lifecycle with a focus on REST API validation and system integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan, write, and execute test cases, test plans, and user stories for REST API testing.
• Manage the defect lifecycle through analysis, triage, and severity assignment with BSA and Development teams.
• Execute manual, regression, automation, and performance testing to ensure full coverage.
• Maintain the regression test bed to adapt to changing system requirements.
• Participate in Agile SCRUM ceremonies and support off-hour production releases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional testing experience.
• Proven experience testing REST APIs.
• Proficiency with Postman, Thunderclient, JMeter, and SOAP UI.
• Experience running database queries for data validation within test scripts using SQL Server.
• Working knowledge of GIT and Jenkins.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, QA Frameworks, and software development principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Ability to perform end-to-end testing involving multiple integrated applications.
