Description

Lead testing activities and manage the end-to-end quality process for large-scale projects within the SDLC.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, scripting, execution, and debugging of test activities for complex projects.
• Automate tests for new features using existing automation frameworks.
• Analyze and prioritize defects based on business and programming specifications.
• Ensure traceability from requirements to test cases and generate software quality metrics.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching to less experienced team members.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of related technical experience.
• Experience with Mainframe and Distributed Systems.
• Proficiency in Web Technologies.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and TOSCA.
• Experience using Jira, SharePoint, and Workday.
• Solid background in Project Management.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Banking Industry processes including Payments, Tax Payments, ACH, and NACCHA.
• Experience with User Interface testing and ADA compliance testing.
