Description

You will drive quality and automation strategy at the application level by implementing comprehensive testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute test scripts, test plans, and configurations to meet business requirements.
• Develop manual and automated test cases aiming for 100% automation coverage.
• Review user story backlogs and requirements for weaknesses in performance, reliability, scalability, usability, and security.
• Set up and maintain test data and environments while logging results.
• Drive automation and testing improvements within a CI/CD environment.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in QA and testing.
• Proficiency with Selenium and TestNG.
• Experience with Functional, Regression, and Performance testing.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD workflows.
• Ability to define testing approaches and prioritize activities based on project risk.
• Experience managing testing resource requirements and task scheduling.
• Degree requirement: Any Graduate.
