Description

Manage the end-to-end testing process within an Agile environment, from requirement analysis to defect resolution.

Responsibilities

• Simulate and execute integrated and isolated tests to validate system functionality.
• Analyze business and functional documents to define project scope and prepare effort estimations.
• Manage the defect life cycle and set clear milestones for project completion.
• Set up test environments and prioritize activities to meet project goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Proficiency in SQL for performing CRUD operations on large volumes of raw data.
• Deep understanding of STLC and Defect Life Cycle processes.
• Experience working within SDLC and Agile processes.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools.
• Expertise in MS Office, specifically Word, Project, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Strong ability to analyze technical, operational, and business requirements.
• Proven documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Strong business acumen coupled with technical knowledge.
