Description

You will design, execute, and automate test strategies to ensure software quality and performance across the development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans, scripts, and automation frameworks.
• Identify, document, and track defects, conducting root cause analysis to drive resolution.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing within Agile delivery processes.
• Generate test reports and metrics to provide insights on quality status and release readiness.
• Evaluate and integrate new testing tools and standards to improve testing effectiveness.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance and automation testing.
• Proficiency with databases, specifically Oracle and MySQL.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools including Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Proven expertise in designing test plans and frameworks in Agile environments.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of testing in financial services or banking domains.
• Demonstrated success in managing defect life cycles and automation initiatives.
