Description

You will own the testing lifecycle for backend business applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans and strategies based on functional requirements and user stories.
• Execute manual and automated testing (black and grey box) across client/server, SaaS, and database-driven applications.
• Review, author, and maintain automated test scripts to support QA automation efforts.
• Analyze defects, identify recurring issues, and recommend solutions to the team.
• Identify gaps in QA processes and implement solutions for continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Proficiency in Python and C++ 17/C.
• Hands-on experience building automation frameworks for GUI and API/Webservices.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and related processes.
• Proficiency with test management tools including qTest, Allure, Jira, and Quality Center.
• Experience testing applications on Unix/Linux and Windows environments.
• Familiarity with database systems (RDBMS and NoSQL) and generating complex queries.
• Experience with commercial software development processes for browser-based and client/server applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java 17+.
• Proficiency with Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
