Description

You will manage automated testing and quality assurance processes within a property and casualty insurance environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and technical specifications into actionable test plans.
• Execute automated testing using Selenium and Test Complete.
• Manage test lifecycles using Quality Center and Zephyr.
• Apply diagramming techniques including Functional Decomposition, Data Flows, and Activity Diagrams.
• Participate in Scrum processes and agile planning sessions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance.
• Proficiency with Selenium and Test Complete.
• Experience with Quality Center and Zephyr.
• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript or similar languages.
• Working knowledge of agile practices and Scrum processes.
• Ability to create Functional Decomposition, Data Flow, and Activity Diagrams.
• Proven ability to communicate technical findings through effective presentations.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
