Description

• Hands-on experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and/or Technical Support roles.
• Familiarity with payment terminal devices, preferably Ingenico or Castles Technology terminals.
• Strong understanding of payment processing systems, transaction workflows, and related technologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and analyze system/trace logs to identify and resolve issues.
• Experience working with Terminal Management Systems (TMS) or other hosted device/estate management platforms.
• Knowledge of terminal provisioning processes, including operating system installation, application deployment, and configuration management
