Description

You will own quality assurance for payment processing systems and terminal devices.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and debug payment terminal devices, analyzing system and trace logs to resolve issues.
• Validate payment processing systems, transaction workflows, and related technologies.
• Manage terminal provisioning processes, including OS installation, application deployment, and configuration.
• Utilize Terminal Management Systems (TMS) or hosted device management platforms for estate oversight.
• Provide technical support for Ingenico or Castles Technology payment terminals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Technical Support roles.
• Strong understanding of payment processing systems and transaction workflows.
• Experience with Terminal Management Systems (TMS) or device estate management.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting, debugging, and log analysis.
• Familiarity with payment terminal hardware, preferably Ingenico or Castles Technology.
• Knowledge of terminal provisioning, OS installation, and configuration management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with Ingenico or Castles Technology payment terminals.
• Background in payment gateway integration or financial transaction security.
