Description

Lead QA activities and drive testing best practices within an agile development process. You will own the automated testing strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing code and scripts for integration, UI, and acceptance level tests.
• Partner with developers to automate test processes and support efficient unit and integration tests.
• Define test scenarios, test data, and acceptance criteria using Gherkin.
• Conduct exploratory, functional, integration, load/stress, and regression testing.
• Configure testing tooling for coverage and reporting, tracking defects through to resolution.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance Specialist or QA Analyst role.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing test automation using C#.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Appium, and Ready API.
• Strong experience with SQL and database management systems.
• Expertise in creating and refining acceptance criteria using Gherkin.
• Experience with test case management tools and problem tracking systems.
• Proven ability to analyze business requirements and information models to develop appropriate tests.
• Experience working in agile environments and participating in all agile ceremonies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or similar experience, preferably in an IT-related discipline.
