Description

You will deliver code quality, performance engineering, and continuous integration services for high-priority development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and resilience tests to ensure compliance with user requirements.
• Collaborate with Application Engineering and Architecture teams to define test strategies and manage test data.
• Identify regression testing scenarios and modify the SDLC to adhere to Engineering Manuals and security standards.
• Validate deployment plans through pre-testing and execute post-deployment verification to record results.
• Document defects in issue logs, track resolutions, and establish common defect severity definitions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Proficiency in Manual Testing and Software Testing methodologies.
• Experience with Test Planning and developing comprehensive test files to verify program logic.
• Strong background in Regression Testing and Quality Control.
• Knowledge of Software Configuration Management.
• Bilingual competency in Portuguese and English.
• Ability to identify and implement changes to improve QA strategy effectiveness.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to cloud environments and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts.
• Experience with automated reusable testing, CI/CD integration, and automated code fortification scans.
