Description

You will act as an SDET to automate functional testing and manage mobile application releases for sports applications.

Responsibilities

• Automate manual functional testing processes for mobile sports applications.
• Own and manage mobile application releases for Play Store and App Store, including bug bashes and rollout monitoring.
• Debug automation and backend/API issues to solve complex technical problems.
• Propose testing strategies, frameworks, and tooling improvements.
• Coordinate release cycles across product, engineering, and QA teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA or SDET roles.
• Deep domain knowledge of sports or sports fan/user behavior.
• Mobile testing automation experience on iOS using XCUItest.
• Mobile testing automation experience on Android using Espresso or Appium.
• Proficiency in Java or Python for automation and debugging.
• Experience with end-to-end testing across mobile platforms.
• Familiarity with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to debug backend and API issues.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with backend/API automation.
• Background in mobile app development (Android/iOS).
• Experience with web automation.
• Experience in sports, media, or streaming domains.
