Description

You will own the quality engineering strategy and automation framework for frontend, backend, API, and mobile applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, and backend services using TDD and BDD practices.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing (OWASP Top 10).
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) for continuous testing and rapid feedback.
• Review user stories and product backlogs to derive detailed test cases, validating completeness, edge cases, scalability, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with engineers to drive quality improvements, support unit testing, and enforce code refactoring standards.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance across frontend and backend applications.
• Strong experience testing Backend services (Node.js preferred), RESTful APIs, Web frontend applications, and Native mobile applications.
• Expert knowledge of Testing Frameworks and Automation Design Patterns, including TDD, BDD, and Page Object Model (POM).
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as WebdriverIO, MochaJS, Postman, and UI frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments for application deployment and testing validation.
• Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• Familiarity with defect tracking and source control tools (Jira, Git).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with performance, scalability, and security compliance testing.
