Description

You will perform manual and automated testing for OTT applications across web, mobile, and Smart TV platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual and automated testing for OTT applications across web, mobile, and Smart TV platforms.
• Validate streaming protocols and formats such as HLS, DASH, and DRM-protected content.
• Create and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools.
• Conduct regression, functional, integration, and performance testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA testing for OTT, streaming, or media applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Knowledge of video streaming technologies including HLS, MPEG-DASH, and DRM.
• Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, Jira, and TestRail.
• Experience with Automated Testing and API Testing.
• Understanding of HTTP/HTTPS protocols.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing Smart TV platforms (Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, Android TV).
• Knowledge of automation frameworks and scripting languages.
