Description

You will execute test activities across multiple simultaneous projects while managing competing priorities.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement continuous development and integration validation processes into test environments.
• Develop and maintain technical solutions with engineering resources to ensure product functionality.
• Provide input on enhancing test planning, procedures, test case management, and automated test execution.
• Communicate technical feedback on requirements, design, and technical documentation clearly.
• Proactively communicate testing status, risks, and issues.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience as a test engineer or test lead on major initiatives.
• Design and code test automation for web and/or mobile applications.
• Experience executing test initiatives within various SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Experience utilizing test execution tools such as Jira, Zephyr Scale, and automation tools.
• Experience in cross-functional test management for large-scale enterprise software projects.
• Proficiency in development languages: Java, Objective-C, JavaScript, PHP, Python, or Ruby.
• Experience with automation tools: Appium and Selenium WebDriver.
• Ability to quickly research new technology and implement AI solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI-driven testing solutions.
