Description

You will manage end-to-end software quality assurance for client IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of testing across software systems to meet functional and nonfunctional requirements.
• Review and approve test plans, traceability matrices, and test scripts.
• Oversee functionality, load, regression, GUI, database, and web services testing.
• Convert business and technical requirements into actionable test strategies and cases.
• Manage test schedules, resource estimation, and allocation aligned with development projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience as Sr. Quality Engineer, Software Engineer, or related testing role.
• 2+ years experience reviewing test plans, traceability matrices, and test scripts.
• Hands-on experience with at least three different types of software testing.
• 1+ year experience with Jira, Quality Center, ClearQuest, and SoapUI.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, and C/C++/C#.
• Experience with .Net, Test.Net, and PL/SQL.
• Technical familiarity with Sybase, Web Runner, Echo UI, and UFT/QTP.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within Agile Methodologies.
