Description

You will manage quality assurance processes within an Agile environment. You own the release quality by executing integration and system testing methodologies. You define and analyze user requirements to support development cycles. You develop testing plans based on project types and effort levels. You manage documentation for requests, problems, and requirements. You lead projects and mentor team members through effective communication.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 2-3 years of experience in business analysis and web application development.
• Proven experience in QA and testing, preferably within a Scrum team.
• Practical understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with database management and writing queries.
• Hands-on experience with QA tools, requirements management, and Jira.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Management, or equivalent experience.
• Strong ability to analyze complex problems and resolve conflicts.
• Project management skills to drive successful delivery.

Preferred Skills

• ISTQB certification.
• Arabic language proficiency.
