Description

You will own the end-to-end testing lifecycle for web and API applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional, non-functional, and regression testing based on requirement specifications and design documents.
• Manage the defect lifecycle using Jira, Bugzilla, or similar tools to track and report findings.
• Prepare comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, scenarios, test data, and defect reports.
• Report status, risks, and issues directly to clients during scrum calls and program meetings.
• Present demo sessions to stakeholders during different stages of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in web and API application testing.
• Proficiency in writing and managing test cases using Zephyr, Jira, or HP ALM.
• Strong understanding of all aspects of the SDLC and STLC.
• Experience debugging, running test cases, and analyzing results.
• Ability to prepare Daily Status Reports (DSR) and Weekly Status Reports (WSR).
• Experience collaborating with both on-shore and off-shore teams.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing SaaS applications or CRM platforms like Microsoft Dynamics.
• Hands-on experience with UI and API automation testing.
• Performance testing experience using JMeter, Gatling, or HP LoadRunner.
