Description

You will manage quality assurance processes and agile workflows on-site in Washington, D.C.

Responsibilities

• Manage agile project workflows using Azure DevOps.
• Develop documentation, flowcharts, and reports using Microsoft Office tools.
• Administer SharePoint sites and manage workflows within ServiceNow.
• Utilize compliance tools to ensure project standards are met.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in QA or related roles.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps for agile project management.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office O365 suite, including Excel (formulas, pivot tables), Project, Teams, and Visio.
• Experience with SharePoint site administration.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• Practical knowledge of compliance tools such as RSAM or Xacta360.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
