Description

Administer Micro Focus ALM, Quality Center, and Octane environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage server installation, upgrades, environment design, and project migrations.
• Configure project entities, user roles, alerts, workflows, and templates.
• Administer licenses, user access, and centralized services including license servers and databases.
• Develop training materials and provide technical support for tool usage and issue resolution.
• Automate repetitive tasks through scripting and integrate ALM with third-party tools.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in ALM administration.
• Expertise in Micro Focus QC, ALM, and Octane administration and customization.
• Proficiency in V B scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Microfocus QC / ALM OTA API.
• Ability to write and develop SQL queries.
• Experience designing and developing workflows and macro creation.
• Proven ability to coordinate with network, database, and architecture teams.
