Description

You will own automated testing within the ServiceNow ecosystem, focusing on compliance management and incident workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build automated tests using ServiceNow's built-in Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Develop automated tests for ServiceNow by leveraging open source tools like Selenium and Playwright.
• Validate ServiceNow Catalog items and incident workflows.
• Apply various testing techniques including UI testing and Behavior Driven Development (BDD) strategies.
• Operate within Agile methodologies to deliver testing requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance and automation.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Proficiency in Selenium and Java.
• Experience with Playwright or similar open source testing tools.
• Strong knowledge of Java, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Experience working with SOAP, XML, and SQL.
• Solid understanding of incident workflows and Catalog items.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
