Description

You will lead QA efforts and drive automation strategy for software quality delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers.
• Define and execute test strategies covering functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
• Design and execute test cases using Selenium automation.
• Identify, analyze, and document software defects.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software testing experience.
• Proven experience leading testing teams.
• Expertise in Selenium automation frameworks.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes.
• Proficiency in English or Chinese.
• Any Graduate degree.
