Description

You will perform end-to-end testing across integrated systems including Postman, MuleSoft APIs, Salesforce, and Policy & Claims systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end testing scenarios spanning Postman, MuleSoft, Salesforce, and backend insurance systems.
• Validate data within Salesforce by navigating the platform and running basic data queries.
• Monitor MuleSoft logs to troubleshoot and verify API performance.
• Manage testing artifacts and coordinate with client IT teams to support go-live activities.
• Perform post-production validation to ensure system stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance.
• Expert-level proficiency with Postman for API testing.
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft log analysis.
• Experience navigating Salesforce and performing data validation via queries.
• Deep domain knowledge in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance.
• Practical experience working with Guidewire systems.
• Proven ability to test complex integration flows between APIs and core insurance platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
