Own the quality assurance lifecycle for WMS and OMS solutions, ensuring robust functionality and data integrity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review business, functional, and technical specifications to validate deliverables and identify ambiguities.
• Design and execute detailed test plans, covering API, functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Perform manual testing on desktop and mobile interfaces, validating data transformations and system compatibility.
• Isolate, replicate, and report defects using Jira, verifying fixes through rigorous re-testing.
• Communicate test status, blockers, and risks directly to Product Managers, BAs, and Developers.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of technical QA experience in software testing.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with supply chain systems, specifically WMS and OMS.
• Proficiency in SQL for complex data validation and verification.
• Experience testing Web Services and APIs using Postman.
• Working knowledge of Cloud Services and their testing implications.
• Proficiency with Github for version control and Jira for issue tracking.
• Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automated testing frameworks for regression suites.
• Strong critical analysis skills with clear written and verbal communication.
