Description

You will own the quality assurance strategy for mobile applications, ensuring stability and performance through rigorous manual and automated testing.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for mobile applications using Appium.
• Execute automated test suites and prepare detailed test plans for manual and automated validation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams during project meetings to create use cases and test documentation.
• Utilize cloud-based device labs for cross-platform compatibility testing.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage testing tasks within Jira.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA engineering, specifically with mobile app testing.
• Hands-on experience with Appium for mobile automation.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience using cloud testing tools such as Browserstack, SauceLabs, or Bitbar.
• Familiarity with Agile workflows and Jira for task tracking.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable test code and execute complex test scenarios.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with continuous integration pipelines for mobile testing.
• Knowledge of additional cloud testing platforms beyond the primary list.
