Description

You will own the testing lifecycle for ETL processes within a Scrum environment, ensuring data integrity through rigorous functional, regression, and end-to-end verification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, strategies, and case documentation for ETL pipelines.
• Execute functional, regression, and system end-to-end tests to validate data transformations.
• Report defects in Jira, manage issue escalation, and generate daily test execution reports during active phases.
• Participate in all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and story reviews.
• Apply negative testing principles to identify edge cases and data quality issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and integration testing.
• 3+ years of hands-on ETL testing experience.
• 5+ years of experience writing complex SQL queries.
• Strong proficiency in MySQL, Oracle SQL, or other relational databases.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence for bug tracking and documentation.
• Experience using TestRail or similar test management tools.
• Deep understanding of Scrum framework mechanics.
• Bachelor's degree.

• Experience working in Unix environments.
