Description

You will lead functional testing efforts, define process metrics, and troubleshoot software applications to ensure quality delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define goals and measurement plans for software process performance aligned with business objectives.
• Compile and interpret testing reports to assess system analysis and application health.
• Lead functional testing activities using established methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and industry standards.
• Troubleshoot software applications and manage testing workflows using ALM Quality Center, JIRA, and Confluence.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Test Lead in IT QA.
• Deep knowledge of SDLC, testing concepts, and automated testing frameworks.
• Proficiency with ALM Quality Center, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Hands-on experience with Git or Bitbucket, Maven, Postman, and SoapUI.
• Strong background in system analysis and functional testing.
• Ability to interpret metrics and drive process improvements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience defining measurement plans for software process performance.
• Background in both Waterfall and Agile environments.
