Own the functional testing strategy and execution for software applications in the banking and financial domain.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define testing goals, measurement plans, and process performance metrics aligned with business objectives.
• Lead system analysis, assessment, and troubleshooting of software applications.
• Compile and interpret detailed testing reports to drive quality improvements.
• Manage the software development lifecycle (SDLC) using waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Oversee automated testing frameworks and industry testing standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Test Lead or in functional QA.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, testing concepts, and methodologies (waterfall, agile).
• Extensive experience in system analysis and software troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with HP ALM Quality Centre.
• Hands-on experience with Confluence and JIRA for project management.
• Technical familiarity with Git or Bitbucket, Maven, Postman, and SoapUI.
• Proven track record in the Banking or Financial domain.
