Description

You will own manual functional testing to ensure software aligns with business and technical specifications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and execute functional test cases, test plans, and end-to-end integration tests.
• Conduct manual testing to identify defects, inconsistencies, and deviations from requirements.
• Collaborate with developers to replicate issues and validate fixes through detailed defect reporting.
• Maintain regression test suites and documentation for test results and system updates.
• Participate in requirement analysis sessions to refine testing strategies and identify process gaps.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of manual testing experience with a focus on functional testing.
• Proficiency with JIRA and TestRail.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Ability to write and execute SQL queries for backend process validation.
• Experience with Selenium and Cypress.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical documentation skills.
