Description

You will execute functional testing for automotive applications and connected services, owning the full testing lifecycle from specification analysis to defect closure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze functional and technical specifications, epics, and user stories to create detailed test cases.
• Execute scripted and ad-hoc tests, including UI and API regression testing for automotive applications.
• Manage the defect lifecycle in JIRA, covering triage, prioritization, retesting, and closure.
• Build metrics and graphs for test case execution and defect management to track quality trends.
• Support product owners during joint test events and assist with production deployment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in functional testing, specifically UI and API regression.
• Automotive domain expertise, including testing connected services and automotive applications.
• Hands-on experience testing mobile apps on physical devices and software on test benches.
• Proficiency in API testing using Postman.
• Experience testing microservices using REST and gRPC protocols.
• Ability to perform log analysis for both server and mobile applications.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments alongside developers and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with JIRA for test case integrity and issue tracking.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience scripting and executing API automation using Cucumber and Rest Assured.
• Knowledge of AWS cloud debugging and monitoring tools.
