You govern the stability, security, and compliance of all non-production test environments, ensuring they are release-ready and production-representative.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle management of Test and Pre-Prod environments, maintaining configuration baselines and version inventories to prevent drift.
• Define and implement the test data management architecture, including automated generation, reusability, and privacy strategies.
• Coordinate controlled test data refresh cycles, time-sliced data refreshes, and on-demand requests with platform and virtualization teams.
• Ensure environment readiness before test cycles by managing provisioning, upgrades, and patching with infrastructure teams.
• Establish service levels for the Test Data Management shared service, providing transparency through reporting and demand management.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in QA infrastructure, test environment management, or data governance.
• Strong proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GitHub for CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, specifically Terraform and Ansible.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability platforms such as Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Experience managing workflows via ServiceNow, Jira, and Qtest.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with management and cross-functional IT teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing enterprise test data repositories.
• Knowledge of data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance in non-production environments.
