Description

Lead testing efforts within Agile Scrum teams to ensure high-quality software releases.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manual testing efforts performed by system integrators and state resources.
• Participate in story reviews, including end-to-end and non-functional story reviews.
• Provide weekly testing and defect metrics to leadership regarding release stream progress.
• Manage the defect management process and implement process improvements.
• Determine which manual test cases are suitable for automated regression testing.

Required Skills

• 10 years of experience in manual and automated testing.
• 10 years of experience testing web applications.
• 10 years of experience developing and executing API test cases.
• 10 years of experience working with Agile development processes.
• 10 years of experience with performance, load, stress, and endurance testing.
• 10 years of experience deploying risk-based testing techniques.
• 10 years of experience with SQL database concepts and Windows/Unix platforms.
• 10 years of experience transforming business scenarios into manual and automated test coverage.
• 5 years of knowledge regarding Financial and Food Assistance Programs, including Medicaid applications and CMS regulations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using third-party tools and system utilities to support testing.
