Description

You will lead the quality assurance efforts, owning automation, performance testing, and overall QA process maturity.

Responsibilities

• Manage ALM setup, configuration, and user administration, ensuring integration with testing tools.
• Design, develop, and maintain UFT automation frameworks and functional test scripts.
• Plan and execute performance testing strategies using LoadRunner, analyzing results to identify bottlenecks.
• Design, maintain, and execute test cases, overseeing execution and defect tracking alongside development teams.
• Define and implement QA processes, strategies, and standards across projects, mentoring team members.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in QA automation and performance testing.
• Expertise in UFT (Unified Functional Testing) for automation scripting and framework development.
• Proficiency in LoadRunner for performance testing, including script creation and result analysis.
• Strong hands-on experience with ALM administration (user management, test execution, reporting).
• Experience integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with API testing, database validations, and integration testing.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as VBScript, JavaScript, or Python.
• Any Graduate education.
