Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain testing deliverables, including test plans, test cases, automated test scripts, test scenarios, and defect reporting documentation.
• Manage and coordinate testing activities across multiple projects and complex functional domains within a matrix organization.
• Lead QA activities throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring testing milestones and deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Build, maintain, and enhance automated testing solutions using Selenium and .NET, Java, or other relevant programming languages.
• Manage the complete defect lifecycle, including defect identification, creation, prioritization, monitoring, status reporting, retesting, and closure.
• Utilize tools such as Jira and HP ALM/Quality Center for defect tracking, test management, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain test metrics, dashboards, and status reports to communicate testing progress, quality, risks, defects, and overall project status.
• Present testing status, risks, issues, metrics, and recommendations to stakeholders, project leadership, and senior management.
• Coordinate and liaise with performance testing and security testing teams to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
• Lead and facilitate QA meetings, working sessions, defect triage meetings, and other testing-related forums.
• Supervise and provide guidance to QA analysts and testing team members.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, project managers, technical teams, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
• Ensure testing activities follow established QA processes, standards, and organizational requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve testing processes, automation coverage, and overall QA efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Mandatory Qualifications

1. 7+ years of experience working on complex projects, including 2+ years in a leadership role as a Tester/QA professional.
2. 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, managing testing activities across multiple high-profile projects with complex functional domains within a matrix organization.
3. 5+ years of experience reporting and presenting testing status, metrics, risks, issues, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.

Additional Qualifications

1. 3–5 years of experience creating test reports and dashboards for test metrics using Jira or similar tools.
2. 3–5 years of experience managing the complete defect lifecycle, including defect creation, monitoring, status reporting, retesting, and closure of defects.
3. 2+ years of experience coordinating and liaising with performance testing and/or security testing teams.
4. 2–4 years of experience working with Fair Hearings and Mainframe Modernization-related systems.
5. 7+ years of experience developing testing deliverables, including test plans, test cases, automated test scripts, test scenarios, and defect reporting documentation.
6. 3–5 years of experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium.
7. 3–5 years of experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira, Jira plugins, HP ALM, and/or Quality Center.
8. 3–5 years of experience with Java, .NET, or related programming/scripting languages in the development of automated test scripts and solutions.
9. 3–5 years of experience supervising and/or mentoring QA analysts and quality assurance teams.
10. 3–5 years of experience leading and facilitating meetings, workgroups, testing sessions, defect triage meetings, and similar forums
