Description

Lead QA automation efforts in the banking domain, balancing technical and functional testing. You will drive the QA strategy, tooling, and processes across squads.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and distribute QA automation frameworks.
• Accelerate automation adoption and implement shift-left testing strategies.
• Execute non-functional testing, including performance and stress tests.
• Conduct regression, smoke, and ready-for-business testing.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in QA automation and framework management.
• Hands-on automation using Java, Cucumber, Selenium, and TestComplete.
• Proficiency with Selenium, Protractor, UFT, JUnit, and Gherkin.
• Experience with performance and stress testing using JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Strong background in REST/Web Services testing.
• SQL database development experience.
• Experience working within Agile teams and participating in ceremonies.
• Banking domain expertise.

Preferred Skills

• Strong communication skills for cross-squad coordination.
