Description

Lead quality engineering processes for multi-tier web applications and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead QA resources through the full software development life cycle.
• Execute test cycles including Unit, Regression, Functional, Systems, Performance, Volume, and User Acceptance testing.
• Analyze requirements and application architecture to drive testing strategy.
• Document tested features and bugs with detailed written reports.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software quality and hands-on quality engineering.
• 2-4 years of experience leading and managing QA teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Selenium, TestNG, and Java.
• Experience with JavaScript, Pact, and REST Assured.
• Hands-on experience using Postman, Jira, and Jira Align.
• Knowledge of Jenkins, SOASTA, and MuleSoft.
• Ability to write SQL and NoSQL queries for Oracle and NoSQL databases.

Preferred Skills

• Experience writing automation scripts using Java, TestNG, and Selenium.
