You will lead the quality assurance function for software delivery, owning test strategy, automation frameworks, and team mentorship. You bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution while ensuring high standards of reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA projects and mentor engineers to ensure flawless software delivery.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to define and nail down requirements.
• Maintain test environments and drive continuous improvement in QA processes.
• Perform performance and load testing to validate system stability.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in QA, with deep expertise in manual and automation testing.
• Proficiency in Katalon and Selenium for test automation.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and integration into the release pipeline.
• Experience with performance and load testing tools and methodologies.
• Hands-on knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Proficiency with git and Bitbucket for version control and collaboration.
• Stellar verbal and written communication skills to bridge business and tech teams.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent field.
• Proven track record of leading QA processes and teams.
