You will lead quality assurance efforts for software delivery, bridging technical execution with business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and comprehensive test plans.
• Lead QA projects, mentor engineers, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to define clear requirements.
• Maintain test environments and execute performance and load testing.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in QA, covering both manual and automation testing.
• Proficiency with Katalon and Selenium.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and git/Bitbucket.
• Experience with performance and load testing.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent.
